Question: When I get my period, it ruins my daily rutine, what can I do!?
Like, everytime I'm on my period, I get really bad cramps, and I can't move at all!. Some people say hot baths help, but as I can't move 'cause the pain is so bad, doesn't really help me!. I can't sleep either, it makes the pain worse!. Pills help for atleast 5-15 minutes, then the pain comes back again!. And, I don't know what else I can do to stop it, so I have to drop everything, I can't go to school, I can't go out, because the pain is really bad!.!. what can I do!? Your pain is from deficiencies in your diet and your ph balance!. The first day of my period is pretty bad but if I didn't eat whole and take what I do I'm sure I would be doubled over every day until it's done!.

First thing, avoid caffeine!. Eat bananas, you could be laking potassium!. Avoid dairy as well!. Eat mustard! I eat mustard (all natural or organic) when my cramps get bad!. The turmeric is a natural anti inflammatory!. Take evening primrose every day!. This is an omega 6 you as a women really need to keep your hormones in check!. This helps tremendously with the mood swings and pain management!. You need a good amount of magnesium and zinc!. If you don't want to take this in pill form you can take a spoonful of BLACKSTRAP molasses!. The thing that help immediately is raw apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon) with 1/8 t of baking soda!. It helps right away because it turns your body alkaline!. When your body is acidic you get sick and have pain more!.

Stop using tampons, there are a lot of chemicals from the growing of the cotton and the bleaching and fragrance!. Try a menstrual cup call diva cup!. These are all things I have tried and work very well for me! Also do a lot of sit-ups even if you can't move!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a hot cup of tea, hold a hot water bottle or heating pad up to your lower abdomen, stick your favorite romantic movie in, get a box of chocolates, and wear your favorite comfy outfit and cover up with a blanket and enjoy the movie!. The hot water bottle will help with cramps, as will the hot tea, the chocolate is comforting, and the movie helps get your mind off of the pain!.!.!. good luck!. IT'S NORMAL TO HAVE SOME CRAMPING, BUT LOTS OF CRAMPING LIKE THAT IS NOT!.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!.

ALSO, DO YOU DRINK LOTS OF SODA!? I HAD CRAMPS WHEN I DRANK SODA, EVER SINCE I'VE STARTED DRINKING WATER INSTEAD!.!. I DON'T GET ANY CRAMPING AT ALL!.

go see a docter and see if the docter will give yo upain meds you might be too young for anything major but pain meds are good

ps!. im not a docter but bothe my parents are nurses mom had bad periods (it was a very awcward conversation she got surgery though)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you had a check up lately to make sure there isn't anything wrong!?

If not you might want to try birth control pills they can sometimes help!.

Also use a heating pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
