i took plan b a few months ago!. here are some things you should know!. Plan b decreases its effectiveness every 12 hours after sex, that plan b is not taken so in the future (hopefully there isn't one), you want to take it as soon as possible!. However, there is a 72 hour period so you should be fine!. nausia and cramping comes along with taking plan b so it could be plan b or it could mean that your period is about to come on!. I know it's hard but relax!. anxiety can delay your period!. If you can't relax, you can go take a pregnancy test now, because you're close enough that the test should tell you if you're pregnant or not!. When I took plan b, my cycle came more or less on time!. For someo women their cycle starts early and for some it starts late but anxiety can def!. delay it!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is from the plan B!. You basically took an overdose so cramping and nausea are normal side effects caused by the plan B!. Yes, your cycle WILL be affected by taking the plan B!. It can take months to reset after taking it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
