Question: I got some questions bout tampons(please help girls)!?
k im going to have to learn to use them eventully so i have some questions about them!.!.!.
im 16 and i havnt used them before!.!.!.!.i know these are going to seem dumb cause most girls ask these questions when they are 14 and learn to use them!.!.
yeah im going to be at the beach when i start so i need to learn to use one!.!.!.i just started today so i want to go a head and wear some to get used to it!.!.!.
im leaving at the end of this month and this is my only shot to use them
1) which ones are best to use if you do cheerleading/ dancing
2) which ones last the longest with out leaking
3) how do you know if its in right
(i know im going to sound dumb for the next one)
4) the ones with the applicators!.!.!.how do you know if its goin in right and how do you put it in the easiest way
5) whats the best way to put them in
6) which ones are best for swimming/ walking/ and being in the ocean

when u put it in put the plastic barrel inside your v#$%@& you will know its in right if you feel like your not wearing one at all!.
i would start with a regular absorbancy

All tampons are good for swimming and sports!.
As for a particular brand it really varies from person to person!.
I myself love Tampax Pearl Lites!.
Others might like Playtex, etc!.

Don't worry about asking or nobody would learn anything!. I didn't use tampons until I was in college so don't feel dumb!. There is playtex sport tampons that say they are especially designed for active girls!. I've never tried them though!. I really like the tampax pearl because it is sooo easy and smooth to get in!. The bigger the tampon the more absorbancy but you will feel it more inside especially on your first time!. When you buy a box there is an insert on how to put the tampon in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
