Answers:
First off, there are about 28 days in the average menstrual cycle!. The day you begin to bleed and start your period is DAY 1!. The average woman bleeds for 4-7 days!. Two weeks after DAY 1 of your period would be DAY 14 and the time you are most likely ovulating!. Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from the ovary, pushed down the fallopian tube, and is available to be fertilized!. The lining of the uterus has thickened to prepare for a fertilized egg!. This is what many refer to as the "fertile time" of a woman's cycle, because sexual intercourse during this time increases the chance of pregnancy!. Ovulation lasts for about a week!. If no conception/pregnancy occurs, the uterine lining as well as blood will be shed!. The shedding of an unfertilized egg and the uterine wall is the time of menstruation!. This usually happens on DAY 28 (2 weeks after the beginning of ovulation)!.

To track your period, use a monthly calendar!. Circle the day you started bleeding or began your period!. If you want to know when to expect your next period, count 28 DAYS or 4 WEEKS after that!. For example, let's say you got your period tonight May 7th!. You can expect to start ovulation 2 weeks after you started your period!. In this case, it would be May 21st!. Then, you can expect to get your period again 4 weeks or 28 days after you started your last one!. So if you got your period tonight May 7th, you can expect to get your period again June 4th!.
I hope this helps!.

Start with Ovulation then count 14 days!. that is when you will start your period!. then counting from the first day of that until you start again, that is your cycle!. and on average that is every 28 days but can be 21-34 days or even more obscure timing depending on the person!.!.!.!.

so for about 6 months mark every start date then average out the days between and your will get a pretty good idea of when you will start each month!.!.!.!. Many women also know when they ovulate and can mark to the hour when they will start!.!.!. you have to listen and learn your body signs!. some women have ovulation pain on one side of their abdomen!. many will get a clear stringy, slippery discharge on ovulation!. then jsut before you period look for those tell tale pains, change in body temp and feeling tire d or just' out of it'Www@Answer-Health@Com

The day that your period starts is day 1!. Mark it on the calendar!. You can count the number of days that it lasts for, but it's not very important!. The next time your period starts, mark it on the calendar!. Count the days from Day 1 to the day before your next period started!. That's the length of that cycle!. After keeping track for half a year or so, you should notice who many days long your cycle is!. 28 is average, but 21-35 is quite normal!. My mom had a 32 day cycle!.

Don't pay any attention to the calendar date!. Calendar months are 30 or 31 days long (28 for Feb)!. If you cycle is only 28 days long then its not going to happen on the 13th of each month, is it!? It's going to keep shifting calendar date!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

count from the first day of red blood!. 25-35 days later, you will bleed again!. make a note of how long that cycle was, and start over!. after a few months, you will be able to better predict things :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
