Okay well this morning i woke up and!.!.!.!. lets just say its that time of the month and i got some blood on my underwear and shorts ( my fave shorts! ) and thismorning i couldn't get any of the blood out i've tried shout but nothing help there my fave shorts, Ladies what are your techniques!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm fill up your sink!.!. add detergent or soap!.!. and leave it in there for a couple hours then hand wash!. works for me! but normally if you get blood on your clothes!.!. a quick wash in the machine should work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
The first thing you want to do is soak the garment in cold, cold water!. This will lift out most of the stain!. Then you can use shout or bleach or whatever if you want and wash as usual!. This always works for me, even on white things!. This only works though if you do it first!. If you have already washed the item, then you are probably out of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it is still fresh, use hydrogen peroxide!. Soak a cloth, then scrub the spots!. If it has dried, soak the garment in cold water, then scrub!. If necessary then use the hydrogen peroxide again!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
You should`ve washed them before the blood dried !.Here where I live there`s a product called Awesome and boy is it ever awesome ! It works on everything from kitchen floors to countertops to clothing stains !.If you see it , buy it it`s great !Www@Answer-Health@Com
