Still no period??!

Question: Still no period!?!?
I had spotting the first month when my period was suppose to be due!. I took a test a few weeks after and it was negative!. I missed another period the following month, took another test a few weeks later and it was STILL negative!. I've not had any sexual intercourse for a few months (4 months or so)!. Its coming to the third month now & it seems like my period is still not here!. I've been so busy with my final year (project, coursework & exam) but I don't think it would stop my period for 3 months would it!? I need to go to the doctors but my exams starts next week so I'm planning to go after my exams (2 weeks time)!. Is there anything medically wrong with my ovaries!? Am I pregnant (which I doubt so)!? What will the doctor say when I go for a check up!?

Thanks for any suggestion :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like you have several different things going on at the same time!. Having a period missed for 4 months can at times be caused by stress and poor nutrition!. However, you should seek out medical advise because you could be pregnant - and the true testing for pregnancy should be done by a blood test - this is the most accurate form and will definetly give you the answer as to being pregnant of not!. I would not let this go much longer because if you are pregnant you should be under a doctors care - but I would go just to simply get the answer and believe me it will relieve alot of your stress!. If you are not pregnant some doctors will put you on the pill which does regulate your periods and if you choose to have unprotected sex and do not want to have a baby just yet you should see a doctor to be put on some type of birth control anyway!. Good luck in your quest for answers I am sure it will all work out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's most likely to be caused by stress and poor diet, especially if you've lost weight!. It's very unlikely that you have an underlying problem unless you have some other symptoms!. And if you've had two negative pregnancy tests, you're very, very unlikely to be pregnant!.
My advice is to wait for a month after your exams!. Eat well and relax, and you will probably have a period!. If you don't, go to the doctor then!.
What they are most likely to do is offer you the Pill to regulate your periods!. There's no harm in waiting to see if your period comes first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its amazing what stress can do to your body!!

i was regular with my periods for years (even though very heavy and painful) and in the last year or uni while i also broke up from a 5year relationship, i barely ate due to lack of will or point in eating, my periods were gonig crazy!, some where missed, some came every two weeks they were alover the place, i went on the pill which made them regular, pretty much painless and alot light!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
