Hot Flash?????!

Question: Hot Flash!?!?!?!?!?

This evening I sat down to eat dinner and I got really hot all of a sudden a broke out in a light sweat, my face even looked a little flushed, I don't have a fever, and when I changed into shorts and drank some cold water I felt fine a minute later!. I'm only 26 and I should be getting my period anytime, it's actually a couple days late, could the hot flash be a symptom of pms or early pregnancy or what else could it be should I be worried!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's likely just a hormone fluctuation due to PMS!. If your period doesn't come in the next week, then would be the time to consider taking a pregnancy test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get these sometimes if i sit down or stand up to quickly!. You might not be drinking enough water!. If it continues Id be taking a test!. Just to be sure!. Good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
