Discharge.. ?!

Question: Discharge!.!. !?
O!.k, a forewarning that things may - or may not be T!.M!.I for the readers!. Serious question in need of Serious answers, please!.

BACKGROUND:
I've always been 'wet' for as long as puberty started; often I would have to wear a panty-liner to keep my panties dry, least they to be stained with !.!.!. I suppose, vaginal fluid!? If I go without said undergarments, everything downstairs has not only the odor of the discharge but it's wet, uncomfortable and so forth!. Anyway, I've started drinking more water; so much that if I where to take even a SIP of a dark colored drink I feel nauseous!. **Unfortunately, my discharge has done a complete 180 on me, odor has changed as well as the amount and how frequent that it !.!.!. falls!.

THE QUESTION:
Aware this is possibly normal, but what can I do to at least keep it under control without the use of panty-liners!? ALSO, are there techniques fellow ladies do to wash themselves without douching!?

Answers:
All women have a certain amount of vaginal discharge, and it's just heavier for some ladies than for others!. That is why pantiliners have always been so popular!. The odor is also why so many of them contain a deoderant, built right in!. All this aside, I can't tell you much anything else regarding your particular discharge, nor why it's changed!. The only person who could really help you out with this is the gynecologist, and you are old enough to have regular, at least annual exams!. It could be you have a yeast infection now- it could still be a normal vaginal discharge!. A quick exam and swab test would tell that!. Then you would have peace of mind, and the final word from the person trained to know!. In the meantime, the best way to handle personal cleanliness is with plain old soap and water, and a body powder that contains baking soda!. It also helps if you use the wet type wipes sold for cleaning after you use the toilet!. Using those would also tend to cut down on the amount of visible discharge!. It might also be best if you made sure you wore all cotton undies, as opposed to nylon undies with a cotton patch sewn into the crotch!. Nylon tends to hold in both heat and moisture, and both of those combined with a normal discarge and the normal bacteria found in the area can quickly mix to make an odor!. But you really do need to see the gynecologist!. Don't sweat the first exam!. Schedule yourself for a pap smear, and just let the nurse know it's your first ever exam!. We walk ladies through it all the time, it's not a problem at all!. When it's over, you will have all the info you need to stay healthy too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every girl has vaginal discharge but it seems like to me that you have a bit more than normal!. Plus any extreme changes like the one you described should always be checked out by a gyno!. I strongly recommend going to see a gynecologist a!.s!.a!.p!. about your discharge problem and you need a regular gyno checkup anyway
