I am 35, what could cause me to menstrate for over a month?!

the same thing happened to me at 35!. its called "peri-menopause"!. meaning we are in the beginning phase where are cycles will get irregular because our horomones are starting to shift!. i bled for over a month!. the doc might put you on the pill for awhile to regulate you!. thing will go back to normal, for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is so strange you are asking this question!. I got my period in April and it is still with me!. My boyfriend and I are wondering what is wrong with me!. He told me to go to Yahoo Answers and ask!. Then I went to it and saw your question it was really weird!. I even asked my mom but she doesn't know!. She told me to go to the Dr!. I'm 36 years old so you and I are about the same age!. I feel better knowing that there is at least someone else going through this!. I don't feel like such a freak!. I was afraid to go to the Dr because I thought I would hear the big C!. I don't want Cancer!. That scares me to no end!. My period is usually 6 days!. I will have to go to the Dr!. I know well take care and don't to forget to eat protein!. Hormone in-balance!.!.called Menorrhagia!.!.not sure how to spell it!.!.!.but yes I had it and had to get something to get regulated!.!.!.because I became anemic!.!.!.and then it got worst !.!.!.(bleeding) so do see a doctor soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
