Answers:
The tampon was too big for you!. Even though you leaked with a super doesn't mean you should try a higher absorbency tampon!. My suggestion would be to purchase regular absorbency and use a panty liner too!.!.!.just in case!. It should NOT hurt to remove a tampon, and if it does, it is just too big or you are not flowing enough to warrant the use of one!. Since you leaked, I'd say your flow was average, but the tampon you chose didn't fit your body contours!.

I personally don't like any brand other than Tampax because of the way they expand, but there are plenty of women who hate them and only use Playtex or OB or whatever!.!.!. it all depends on what works best for you, and the only way to find out is trial and error!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think it would only hurt if you used too heavy of a tampon for the flow of your period!.!. such as using a super when you should have used a light!. I suppose it could also go the other way around and hurt because you didn't use a strong enough one or didn't change it fast enough!. Try using a pad along with it until you don't have anymore leakage!. Then you'll know for sure what kind to use without any embarrassment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay the way i understand it, you have a kinda heavy period [i do too] and i do too!. and it was obviously ready to come out so well you definitely need to bring some extra tampons, but i wouldn't give up!. yea i wouldn't go for the super plus yet, uh its probably just because you aren't used to using tampons!.and your hymen hasn't stretched so its probably going to be kinda sore!. but like i said, don't give up!. it will get a lot easier!. and you won't ever want to use a pad again!. btw i'm 15 and i went through this!. but the hardest part was putting it in!. and now i can do it really fast!.
hope i helped, good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons absorb the natural fluids that are in the vagina, which dry it out and make it harder to remove tampons, even when you are bleeding!. If you just started using tampons I would recommend you continue using the smaller size, just wear a backup liner and change them every couple of hours!. You shouldn't wait until you get home from school to change them!. You know not to wear them more than 8 hours, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well probably your tampon extended because of the liquid it absorbed and was a bit to big to come out normally because of your virginity!. Why not use sanitary napkins!. No pain though less comfort + you wont probably leak through!. You'll have to make a decision!. Be aware that there is a chance of losing your virginity to a tampon if you have a rather thin hymen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be because it is dry!. Make sure that you use the lowest absorbency tampon for your flow and to leave it in for 4-8 hours (but no longer)!. Also, make sure that you pull the tampon out in the same angle that you used to insert it!. If it hurts to bad it may not be worth it and you might want to just switch back to pads!. Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry! since u just went to the super size, it's probably because it wasn't absorbed all the way through!. you'll find that when it's fully absorbed it softens up, like a sponge, and will be easier to remove!. so when sponges aren't absorbed, they're rough & coarse!.

it might take you a few months to find the size that works for you!.

i hope that helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being a virgin should not matter at all, if it hurts you may not be inserting it correctly!.Try put your foot up on some thing like the toilet bowl and insert it on a slight angle like towards your bottom!.If you are leaking change more often and wear a pad or panty liner also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's normal if you just started!. when i first used a tampon, it hurt alot when i took it out, but maybe try 1 down from super, and wear a pad or pantiliner for when it leaks through!. just don't freak out, cuz everything is normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your tampon is dry this might cause some pain or discomfort or you might need to get the kind that are specifically for teens so that it's slimmer and fits you better!.
*hope this helps*Www@Answer-Health@Com

your supposed to change it like every 3-5 hours or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try getting the kind that open all around like a skirt
i find they are the most comfortable to take out
and use a panty liner or thin pad as back up in case it leaks ( =Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe becuase the tampon is not ready to come out and it may be dry, totally normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should got back to pads if it hurts that badWww@Answer-Health@Com
