Like the others said, it is a phrase referring to oral sex!. As you have already noticed, the "eating someone" is already descriptive enough!. There might be a few skilled men out there who could possibly make a woman feel as if that was the description!. From my own experience, talking with many other women, and from what I see women saying on YA, I think these men are few in numbers!.
