growth spurt maybe!?
light on and off cramping each day and some headaches!.

i dont think there is any way to tell!. at all!. our bodies know when we are ready, so dont wait for it or it will take even longer!. i was about 13 when i got mine, and it was scary and unexpected for me!. i guess its good your waiting for it so it wont be so weird!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get it when your body is ready for it alright!? Don't rush into it!. It will happen, it always does!.!.!.! Don't stress about it, although I doubt that has anything to do with it!. Just chill and live life as happy as possible before the doom comes! And always have a pad with you Just In case it'll happen in your teen years! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

just be patient, when it happens it happens!. Some people (like me) don't get it until 16!.!.!. when your body is ready, it'll happen!. Don't stress about it too much, i did and it just made it worse for me!. just get out and enjoy life!Www@Answer-Health@Com
