Just about any kind of asprin, midol works great, and if you dont have any medication put a heating pad or warm washcloth on your stomach!. It doesn't stop them, but makes them feel slightly better!. There's really no way to stop them completely, but for some people certain birth control medications make the cramps not as severe!. For immediate relief, try pamprin, exercise, and a heat pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
