Question: Depo shot Not during period!. PLEASE HELP!!?
Please help , i've asked this a million times and NOONE has answered my question!
Do you know how long i would have to wait if i DID NOT get
my depo during my period!. i got it 1 week after my period!. My doctor told me to use condoms for the next week but im not sure if she meant after that one week that i was protected or not!. I had sex 1 week and a day after my depo!. Please help!.
YES i know its effective right away if i got the shot during my period, but i DIDNT get it during my period!. im not asking about that, im asking about the shot not during my period!. PLEASE HELP, i have asked a million times and no one really answered my question !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

like your doctor said, use a condom for the next week after the shot was administered!. the shot is not effective immediatly if it is not done during your period!. you should definetely use condoms during this time since at some point during the week you will be ovulating!. You are fine, you waited a week after the shot to have sex, you are protected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
