k well my nipple has like a bump on it!. but if you like squeeze the bump, white stuff comes out of it!? and im not sure what it is!. but its gotten smaller since ive been on birth control and my boobs have gotten bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lots of tiny bumps on my areola, if I put pressure on them white stuff comes out too!. They are normal, just oil pockets!. They say that if you have lots of tiny bumps like me then you will have a very easy time breast feeding when you have a child!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You said it's been there like a year!? I'm not sure what that would be if it's been there that long!. Since you said you are on birth control I'm assuming you must be have a gynecologist or primary care physician!.
