Question: Is having my period a good excuse to not work out!?
I have my period now, and i should work out today but i just feel blah-ish and its pretty heavy
i usually work out 3-5 x a week and ive worked out 3 days this week already but i like working out 4, cause i feel like 3 isnt enough!. but i feel really not in the mood!. is it a good excuse!? if not, get me in the mood to work out! thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!. When am on my period all I want to do is stay in bed!. Especially if my flow is heavy!. Some women say you should work out on your period because it helps!. That just depends on the woman!. For me when I work out on my period it makes me even sicker!. So if your not feeling up to it then don't!. Maybe make up the time after your period!. Like add an extra half hour or something on the days you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you're getting cramps and stuff, working out's actually really good cos a bit of excersise works a bit like a painkiller!. if you don't want to work out, don't, but you could always do a little less than usual so its not so energetic and time consuming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Exercising while on your period gets rid of cramps, lifts your mood, reduces bloating, and is good for your physical health!.

Working out will actually help cramps and other symptoms!. If you haven't worked out while having your period before, try it out!. Don't do anything you're unhappy with!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No!. Working out is great when your on your period!. Makes most cramps and so on to go away!. Just don't do as much as you usually do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if your on your period you are allowed to take a day off!. just make sure you get back on schedule!.!.one or two days of not working out isnt going to hurt you!.!.
