Periods and dance 24/7?!?!
Question: Periods and dance 24/7!?!!?
I got my first period January 18th this year, and Im pretty used to it now, but its a PAIN when Im at dance!. Ive been a dancer since I was 8, and during our first competition this year I got my 3rd period and it was a PAIN having to run into the bathrooms and change while my team was going backstage!. It was also very embarrassing, I had once dropped the roll of toilet paper while I was changing and it rolled out under the stall door and into the ' lobby ' of the bathroom infront of about 6 or 7 teenage girls!. Then once I had accidentally dropped my rapped pad and it landed on the floor about 3 inches on the other side of the stall door for everybody to see, including girls on my team!. But the most wonderful part is trying to quietly RIP open my pads or open the metal trash can in the stall!.
We have a competition in exactly one week and my period is due literally in like one week!. Last time I got my period on a friday and I had my competition the next day!. How do I deal with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
