What is a good exercise?!


Question: What is a good exercise!?
I wanna do some exersises that burns a lot of calories or fat that doesn't involve running!. What is a good choice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the best exercises you can do is swim!
It is so relaxing and you can go slow or fast!.
Or trampolining so much fun and burns loads of calories!.

I'm not an expert, but I've found that anything cardio helps to burn calories pretty quick; such as the step-workout routine, dancing (richard simmons, anyone!? lol), or Kickboxing workout videos with that one guy, lol!. Tae-boe or whatever its called!.
Although I think running is the best way!.
But if you're already on the thin side and just have a little belly-fat to lose, why not take advantage of it and turn it into some muscle!? The ab-machines at my gym are wonderful for that, and of course just the old fashion Crunches are acceptable!.
