Answers:
first take some MIDOL, ibuprophen, advil, tylenol, something along those lines!. that will help avoid them later!. next, i would suggest rubbing some icy hot medical rub because it numbs it down and you cant feel them!. just rub it over your lower stomach!. heating pads and hot water bottles really come in handy, so just lay down, get some chocolate, watch a movie and relax with all that stuff!. they'll go away!. once they do go away though, you should run around and get some exercise!. it really does help!. even just go take a walk outside or if it's raining like it is here, walk around your house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you are worried about being in a public place, I would suggest using pads instead of tampons to help ease the cramping!.

Hot water bottle on your abdomen of lower back also helps!.

Staying active (although i know it is difficult when you're in pain) also helps!.

You can take pain relief medication so long as you are not allergic and you follow the proper dosages!. There are menstruation specific medications that help a lot too!.

IB Profen (Advil, Motrin) can help, as well as Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Atasol)

Ask your mom for advice before taking any pain medication on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
