Exercising during period???!
Question: Exercising during period!?!?!?
I know exercising during your period is good for you, but what if you get dizzy!. I am losing weight, but I get dizzy during my period and I don't know if I should still excersise!. I am scared I might faint or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on what kind of exercise u r doing!. maybe during ur period u should just do light exercises like going for slow walks instead of a run!. u could be dizzy as a result of low blood sugar levels or dehydration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could be experiencing slight anemia or just a general fluid loss!. Make sure you're drinking PLENTY of fluids (water or Gatorade would probably be best)!. To be sure, I would ask your doctor -- you may want to take a blood iron test during your cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yea it's probably cuz of your blood flow and if i were you maybe do it when your flow is light and that way maybe you wont get so lighheaded and dizzy hopefully that works good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
