Ever since having my son I've noticed my bladder not the same!. After visiting friend and came home noticed my jeans you know where had wet spot!. Ever since I've been wearing light day pads!. Is this common after having baby!? Is it healthy to wear light day pad all time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is a very common problem after childbirth!. you could try so kegel exercises, or go and ask you doctor for advise!.!.!.!.no, wearing light days pads every day is not a problem!.!.!.!.many women do it!. buy them in the larger size packages to save a bit of moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com
it is common and as another poster said kegal muscles strengthen the pelvic floor!.

Very common you need to do your pelvic floor excercises as this strenghtens the muscles and stops any leakages i know as im incontinent after having three coz my muscles have stretched and are very weak!. They really do work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had the same problem after having my daughter 2 1/2 years ago!. Once your body gets back to normal and everything is firmly back in place things will get dryer for ya! Doing kegal exercises will speed things up for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
