hair bumps are caused mostly by shaving, what happens is that the hair get twisted or curved and grows inward and in-beds itself in the skin, the bump is a skin reaction to this problem!. when you use a hair removal item like a cream or lotion or a depilatory product, there is no hair stubs to grow and cause the bump!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
