Hi Girls,
I am 30 yrs old and I've never had children!. I do have regular periods every 28-31 days but when I bleed there isn't a great deal!. Do some women have light periods!? I am not on birth control so I don't know why they are light!. The first day is light then the second day is a little heavier and by the third day it's nearly gone!. So they are also quite short!. mine is very light too, n i dont even bleed heavily after my deliveries( i have two kids), less than 14 days, including panty liner days!. im pregnant again, but before this my period was like just 3 days, like you!. i dont have any pms thoWww@Answer-Health@Com
That's how my cycle is unless I'm on the pill!. It would be very light (could use just pantiliners for entire cycle) and only last about 2 1/2 to 3 days!. When I'm on the pill it lasts for 4 days and is moderate to heavy most cycles!. I have had 3 pregnancies and 2 healthy births, so I don't think it's a problem, but maybe more of a blessing not having to deal with a heavy cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My periods used to be 4 days long, but they were heavy!. All woman are diffrent and have diffrent flows, it's normal!. Especially when you get older, because the blood flow is less seveir!. Your period will probly become even shorter and less flowing as you get into your 40's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is normal, periods last between 3 and seven days and vary in flow, so i dont think you have anything to worry about unless what you are having now is a dramatic change from what you usually have!. Check with your doctor to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's normal for your body to shift gears a bit when you're in your 30s!. If you're worried, ask your doctor!. And if it's POSSIBLE that you're pregnant, check for that!. My mother had light periods all through all six of her pregnancies!. It's rare but does happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think your just lucky i have a friends who is like that whereas mines 5 days of really heavy bleeding and cramps!.

I have a friend like this, sometimes her period doesnt even show for a few months! anyway, she has a son, and she's fine!. I wouldnt worry about it i guess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, some folks are blessed with light periods!. Consider yourself lucky! It's less fun on the other end of the spectrum- took getting an implant to make mine tolerable! Be happy! ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
