Question: Gross Period Question!?
I recently began using 'Instead' Period cups - instead, of tampons and pads!.
I am beginning to get the hang of it, however, typically around 10hours of use the cup begins to "spill" the contents!.
Is anyone else using these - and have you had this experience as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

what!?!?!?never heard of that and i am 66 years!.don't need pads etc anymore!.don't use anything too long or you may get blood infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Personally, I wouldn't leave anything in mine for more than two hours at a time without cleaning it or changing it out!. This prevents build-up of bacteria, germs and others things I don't want inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
