Question: Sleepovers DONT mix with periods!?
i'm going to a birthday sleepover this saturday, and today there are little droppings of blood!. so i'm guessing i'll get my period this week and that it'll still be there on friday!.!.!.any tips for a period during sleepovers!? also i don't know if the 'host' has hers yet or not!. there's only one other girl there that i know has hers, and she just got hers over this weekend, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My advice would be to use tampons!. Be sure to change it after 8 hours though!. If you don't prefer tampons, then use overnight pads with wings!.!.!.take a change of clothes with a changes of underwear too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go ahead and tell the host you have it during her party!.!.!. That way there will be no need to explain why you keep running to the bathroom!. Wrap all your hygenic items up in toilet paper when finished using them and place them in the trash!. Be sure and clean up ALL your mess, you don't want to be embarrassed!. Take along some Midol too, and you'll never even know you have your period! Have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
well one time i slept over my friends and bled all ove rhe rbed bc i didnt know i had it!.
but if your really conserned!. just explain to the host you have it will need to go to the bathroom alot
and when you go to sleep they have bed time pads and they are think and long enough to last you the night
if your worried wear 2 pairs of underwear!.

periods arent that big of a deal!.
just bring lots of pads with you!!
and since the sleepover is on friday, you'll be on the end of your period, it will be light and you probably wont have cramps!. no one will find out unless you tell them!

don't worry, wear dark pajamas, and nothing would show (just in case)!. And also bring those large overnight pads!.

Tampons! They're better than pads because they won't leak while you sleep!. Also, if you tend to have bad period problems, maybe think of a good excuse to leave for a while if you need to!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
