Question: Worst menstrual cramps!!!!?
I never get cramps like this ever ! What do i do to make them go away, Like my stomach feels like there is knives going thru it and my it goes throughout my whole legs!. Sitting on the toilet just relaxing makes me feel better but I cant do that all day!. I took 3 ibuprofen, nothing is helping!!! Help!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get those all the time!.!.!.they suck!.!.!. i usuall just lay down turn on a good movie i like and put a heating pad on where it hurts and just concentrate on the movie!.!.!.it takes your mind off the pain!.!.!.!. hope it helps =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
First you need to lay down and relax,
Take a deep breath, in through ur nose!. Suck in ur stomach, hold it for a few seconds, let it out and make ur stomach expand!. Keep doing this until u feel it start working!. It usually takes me about 10 times!. Also get a heating pad or a hot water bottle and put it on ur stomach!. Oh and lay on the floor with ur butt up as close to the bed or couch as ypu can get it, and breath!. It works! Also drink alot of water and take some midol with ur ibuprofin!. I always take 2 ibuprofin and a midol together!.

If they're that bad and that unusual you may want to call your doctor!. They don't sound like any cramps I've had, and I've had some bad ones (what works for me when they're really bad is laying on a heating pad w/ a hot water bottle on top)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
