Answers:
Unfortunately, it is normal for your period to make you feel nauseous!. I am always nauseated the most during the ten days before my period, I dry heave and sometimes completely vomit!. Eating mild food like crackers can help, or peppermint!. This is going to sound weird!.!.!.but when I know I'm not going to be near a bathroom and it's that time of the month, I keep a C!.O!. Bigelow mentha lip gloss in my purse and slick it on when I feel nauseous--the smell and taste of the peppermint helps!. Good luck and feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first answer isn't right, because your period doesn't have that much blood in it!.

Yeh, during that "time of the month" I always throw up!.!.!.!.1-3 times!. Its horrible!

But yes, it's completely normal for you to feel nauseous!.

I always find that something cool and minty gets rid of nausea!

Just a tip!.
