Question: How many calories should i be consuming a day !? please answer top points available!?
Im a 17 year old female who is 168 cm tall and i weigh around 74 kilos!.I would really love a change of lifestyle and to loose some weight!.I plan on exercising to help loose weight as well but would really like to know how many calories i should be consuming and also the amount i should have if i want to loose weight!.Any help would be greatly appreciated!.Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. The average person needs around 2000 calories!. To lose weight, start exercising and eat 500 calories less every day!. It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound!. So, if you eat 500 calories less everyday, theoretically you will lose 1 pound a week!. Im sorry, I dont know the conversion for kilos and cms!. But, if you are extremely active (athlete) you need 2500-3000 calories depending!. I used to be a serious athlete and I would eat almost 3000 calories a day but I only weighed 120 pounds!. It just depends on your activity level!. For you, just exercise an hour a day, eat healthier and 500 calories less, and youll be good to goWww@Answer-Health@Com

Women should be consuming around 2000 calories a day and men 2500!. If you are consuming more than that you need to cut back!.

Actual requirement of calories vary person to person!. It is depends on nature of daily work, working habit etc!. Generally in your age 2200 to 2800 calorie is the range!.
