How can i ease my period pain?!


Question: How can i ease my period pain!?
!.!.!.without having to go to the chemist/pharmacy or shops to get anything!. Any home remedies!? i dont have any of those herbal roots tho! i'd also like to know if i can still go to the gym whilst i have my period, thnx!.

Bananas!. They have the potassium that your body needs to ease the cramps!. Heat, exercise, maybe do some light yoga!. Yoga reallly helps you stretch out all your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

heat pads will help, avoid alcohol and salt, try herbal tea, drink plenty of water, soaks in a hot tub(hot baths!.!.!.!.!.a little hotter than warm), and last by not least, either have some sex or masturbate, this will release your body's natural defensesWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can go to the gym whilst on your period, of course hun! exersice is one good thing to ease the pains, but I would recommend not to lift weights or anything heavy, the treadmills and those sort of things would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
