I love them, so much better for the environment than tampons and no real trouble to rinse out!. It's OK to leave in all day at work so there is no real need to wash it out in a public sink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I personally haven't used one but i know people who have and i've heard positive results from them all!. The only problem i have heard of is if you are in a public toilet and need to rinse your moon cup out!. could be a tad embarrassing walking to the sink, rinsing it then gouing back in to the cubicle to reinsert it, but if this isn't a problem for you i think they are a great invention and am considering one myselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
No side effects that I am aware of, better than Tampax as you can reuse it time and time again!.
