There's nothing to be embarassed about!. You have pain, you get a pain reliever!. It's all the same!. Tylenol will help too!. Warm heating pad helps!. Hot tea!. Yogurt!. Keeping warm helps!. Some of those menstral pain relievers can really help when you have bloating too!. You might want to go to a female cashier if it makes you feel better!. Also, buy some other items with it!.!.!.(working as a cashier at a store) we don't notice what you're buying, we're too busy trying to get you through the line and onto the next customer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What do you mean by you don't want to buy medication!? Like over-the-counter stuff like Midol or Pamprin!? I actually used to take Midol and it never worked!. My gyno said to just take some advil, and it definitely works for me!. Or use a heating pad!.

Don't be embarrassed about your period!. It's a natural thing that women understand how you feel and men know you go through!. Heck, I've bought laxatives before!. And I live at college and use a community bathroom!. Now THAT'S embarrassing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm glad you asked this question!. I just spent a very painful weekend dealing with menstrual cramps!. Heating pads are great, along with Advil, Motrin or even Midol to take them down just a notch!.

I'm about 30 years older than you are and still have cramping!. I also had them when I was your age!. You'll also find that exercising more (just prior to your period) will do a lot to relieve them as well!.

Good luck and feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Over the counter pain medicine - like advil or tylenol helps quite a bit!.

If you are at home when the cramps are bothering you, use a heating pad!. The warmth really helps!.

If you need relief when at school - have your parents buy those heating pads that stick to your panties!. They are made just for women with cramps!. I use them religiously!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just plain Ibuprofen that you probably have around the house works wonders for my cramps!. I usually take a couple of those, take a bath or use a heating pad, and take it easy with a mug of tea until they go away!.

Avoid caffeine, that makes them worse for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had pretty painful cramps since I was your age -- you might think its embarrassing but Pamprin or Midol always helped me!! at home you can try a heating pad -- or they have these portable-disposable heating pads at the drug store and you can stick them to the inside of your pants, they work well alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would have a nice warm bath!.then get your favorite drink and chocolate bar and lie with a hot water bottle on your stomach in the quiet with your fave film, book, music and relax

hope this helps
or you find somethink that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could try bananas, the potassium helps with any type of muscle cramps!. Regular exercise and drinking plenty of water should help also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take tylenol!.
people just buy it for headaches!.
for use that no one will except you are using it for that!.
tylenol works good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lay on the sofa or your bed with a hot water bottle, take a hot bubble bath, have some hot chocolate or take a paracetamol
