Why is it that my breasts are sore all the time?!
Question: Why is it that my breasts are sore all the time!?
I have had the mirena IUD for 3 years!. I am not pregnant!. I only spot occasionally, so I have no "real" periods!. I don't really have other PMS symptoms, but my breasts are sore all of the time!. I wear a very supportive bra b/c my cup size is D!. Why might I have all this soreness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curious - are you a coffee (tea, cola) drinker!? Do you eat a lot of chocolate!? One of caffeine's effects on women is SORE BREASTS ALL THE TIME!. If it was PMS you would only get sore breasts around the start of your period!.
Switch to DECAF coffee, teas and sodas and cut down on the chocolates and see if that helps!. If you go decaf, you may have some caffeine withdrawal symptoms (headache, tiredness) but those should pass in about 72 hours (3 days)!. After 72 hours you may also notice your breast pain easing!.

I HAD A FRIEND WHO HAD THE NORPLANT FOR THREE YEARS AND SHE GOT PREGNANT BUT, YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR BECAUSE THERE COULD BE SOMETHING WRONG BECAUSE THAT'S NOT NORMAL UNLESS YOUR PREGNANT!. WHEN I WAS PREGNANT MY BREAST WERE SO SORE ALL THE TIME! I JUST HAD MY YEARLY WELL WOMAN EXAM MY DR!. ASKED ME IF I HAD ANY PAIN IN MY BREAST AND I SAID NO WHY!? AND SHE SAID THAT IN A FEW YEARS I'LL HAVE TO START GETTING MAMOGRAMS! DON'T LET THAT SCARE YOU THOUGH JUST GET CHECKED ASAP SO YOU CAN CATCH AND FIX WHATEVER MIGHT BE WRONG, OR IT JUST COULD BE SWOLLEN LIMPNOIDS DUE TO SOME KIND OF INFECTION!. I would see your doctor!. I was having similiar feelings, and it was found that I have fibroids!. They are harmless!. But maybe it is your birth control!. You could never be sure!. If you cannot afford to go to the doctor!.!.!.look up a free clinic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
