Question: Woman Does your body start to change when your getting close to reaching 25 !?
I have gained weight the last month or 2 and it is abnormal for me to do tht !. I have always had a fast motabailism and been small now i am gaining weight and always craving sweets !. Plus I have really never cared for chocolate oe sweets and now i cannot go a day without them !. No i am not pregnat already tested !. My grandma always told me that my body would change when i turned 25 but i never beleived her !.!. someone please help on this !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had two kids!. I am sure that we do change around this time!. Don't let yourself fall apart!. It seems many women at this age take a turn for the worst and though you may not think it is now, you will regret not taking care of it when you realize at forty you have done F*** all in the last fifteen years and need to start your life over again!. Not starting life over and over makes it easier to live longer and healthier!. "I want to be the same person with the same attitude I had at twenty ONE (it's a perfect age to set your sights for) when I am forty something!." "I will have so much fun between now and then I will never wear out these good days!." Think of what our age group was doing fifteen years ago!. Our demographic group was still hard rocking, and having crazy hot sex, and still toking once in a while!. We had money and things galore!. Take that as an example!. Your body changes until you die!. Then it continues to change, just in more unpleasant ways:) But no, there's not a particular thing that happens at age 25 to make you gain weight or crave sweets!.!.!. just the general effects of aging!.

Try looking at your lifestyle and see what you've changed in the past year or so: maybe a new job, new relationship, new town, new circle of friends!. Have any of these things made you vary your diet or exercise habits!? It's generally harder to maintain a low weight the older you get, so you will probably start having to put more effort into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine started changing when I turned 24 years old!. The weight started to creep up due to stress and health related issues!.

Our body, after 25 years of age, is not resilient unless we exercises it and eat more foods that have essential vitamins and minerals!. Even after our child bearing years!.

I don't know if 25 is the magic age when you start to go downhill, but your body and metabolism do change as you get older!. I'm 31 and it's harder for me to lose weight now than when I was 21!. My boobs are also not quite as high as they were when I was 21! LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Part of your body aging is developing a bit of a slower metabolism!. That means that you have to stay a little more active in order to keep the same weight!. Exercise a bit more and you will be able to see a difference!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My body started changing when I hit my twenties!. Now that I'm almost 26, it's pretty much evened out!. I think its normal!. This is the time when our bodies are getting ready to have children!. So it would be normal for us to gain weight for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
