I don't see why you would want to use tissue has a pantyliner unless you don't have any on hand!. If your using it as a back up with tampons sure why not!. If you don't have a tampon in I wouldn't suggest doing that!. Because tissues are awfully thin and you could leak on your undies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
temporarily, if you don't have pantyliners or pads!.!.!.but tissues get all bunched up and are not as protective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
