Menstrual cycle questions?!


Question: Menstrual cycle questions!?
I get my period on a very abnormal schedule, but I heard that's normal for teenagers, especially ones who have irregular eating/exercise habits which I do!. Anyway, when I do get my period, it lasts longer than most people and is heavier!. Also I have poor blood flow through my legs and I occasionally get this thing where my back siezes up and my legs won't move for about ten minutes!. Does anyone else experience these things and what should I do about them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you take iron supplements!? Maybe you should go to the doctors about the amount of blood loss, which will make you feel weak and unwell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal that your periods are irrgeular due to eating and exercise habits!. One thing that I know could give you shorter, lighter and REGULAR periods is starting some form of Birth Control (just and option, i dnt mean anything by it!.) Maybe, Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, or Loestrin 24, or even maybey Yaz! Another option, is to drink more water during your cylce, limit sodas and sugarry* juices!. About your legs and back, the only thing I can think of is maybe trying to soak in hot water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not sure about the back seizing up thing but yes i have had the same type of abnormal period cycle!. What i did to regulate my cycle was ask my doctor about birth control and now my cycle is regulated, my flow is very light, and i hardly notice cramps!. it really is a great way to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
