You need to weigh up your options, which would you prefer!? There are lots of positives and negatives for both!. For example, when on the pill you can skip periods, you know exactly when your period will arrive, the pill can help reduce cramps and clear up skin conditions!. But it can also be a pain in the bum remembering to take it everyday!. However, you just need to build a routine!. If you take it every morning with breakfast youll soon get into the routine of having brekkie and going "oh i need to take the pill!"!. Before you decide you should talk to your doctor about your options and whats best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you forget one pill it doesn't necessarily mean you will be "on" all the time!. But just try to make sure you don't forget it, take an alarm or something!.

If you don't really want to be on the pill and don't need it for birth control, maybe don't start taking it!. Tampons are comfortable and easy to use for almost all girls, once you learn how to put them in right, and I'm sure your Mum can help with that!. (And you will still need them even on the pill!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you forget to take ur pill on one day its no biggy!. just take it as soon as u remember!. however if it is more than 12hrs after u were supposed to take it make sure u use protection if having intercourse!. You have to have NOT taken your pill for around than 3 days for your period to come!. You will soon get into the routineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get the injection!. They say its in your bum but its not its between your lower back and bum, doesn't hurt (im afraid of needles) and stopped my periods for a year! You are protected from pregnancy for 6 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
