I have not seen a patient with PCOS and tender/sore nipples as symptom yet (doesn't mean it can't be) but that, and the urge to urinate might point to pregnancy rather than PCOS!.
Do a home test, if it comes negative, go see your doctor!. A hormonal imbalance could be the cause for the sore nipples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have ovarian cysts they may cause you to have a hormonal imbalance that is causing your nipples to be sore!.
