Question: Is it ok to take prenatal vitamins in place of my regular multivitamin!? (I'm not pregnant)!?
I've read that taking prenatal vitamins is good for your hair, skin, and nails so I was thinking about taking one instead of my normal multi!.
Will I still get a decent amount of all the vitamins!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes it is ok to take prenatal vitamins when you are not pregnant!. They have a higher level of most of the vitamins in them than multivitamins do!. Most have a lot of iron in them but that wont harm you!. Some docs that have patients that are planning on conceiving or even paying with the idea will have them start on prenatals long before they get prego!. It helps to make sure the mothers body has a good amount of nutrients in her body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep! My doc even told me to take prenatal vitamins even though I wasn't pregnant!. She said they have everything a woman needs in them to be healthy including folic acid!. They made me feel a little nauseated though if I took them on an empty stomach, so watch out for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure!. Really!. It's fine!. But what is really great for your skin and nails is hulled hemp seeds!. 4 tbsp daily!. I don't use conditioner or face cream any more!. salmon is good too!. Not quite as good as the hulled hemp seeds, but good!. Lots of water too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is nothing wrong with doing it!. It will also give you a boost of folic acid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
