My period is a day late and im really freaking out!?!

If you're not having unprotected sex, don't worry about it, it's normal!. Some women may have late period due to stress, etc!.!.

but if you're having unprotected sex, it doesn't 100% mean you're pregnant either!.

it's normal to get period late for all women!. but if you're period hasn't come in 2 weeks, try pregnancy test!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

A day late is nothing why are you so worried no wonder it is late you are stressed out this causes your period to be late, i wouldnt worry until it is about 2 weeks late, if you have had un protected sex and your period is a week or more late i would get a pregnancy test but don't stress this causes your period to be late!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no reason to stress!. Take me for example!. I was almost 2 weeks late!. I took 3 prego test and they were negative!. Then on May 2nd, my period came!. So don't panic until, you are like 3-4 weeks late!. A day is nothing!. It will come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
