I wouldn't recommend a tampon wen ur on heavy because if ur like me, wen the blood clots(gooey stuff) cant come out, it makes my cramps worse!. Try drinkin a hot tea and heating pads, keep ur feet warm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah it's normal the dark red/black is just clots/dried blood/part of your endometrium (uterine lining) coming out!. Don't worry about it!. If your flow is too heavy, like if you are going through a super pad every 2 hours for extended periods of time you need to see the doctor, otherwise don't worry about it and just use a hot pad or some pills if you have cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't be worried, its usually irregular for a while after you just start, and yes I'm sure the dark red goo, your noticing is normal also, just use the bathroom frequently and change your pad/tampon oftenWww@Answer-Health@Com
