Don't worry, as long as the Implanon is still inserted, you are covered and will not get pregnant!. Implanon contains hormones, and for some people that can cause your periods to become wacky!. If the irregular bleeding really bothers you, talk to your doctor, sometimes they can give you a little extra estrogen to help regulate your cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax, that is a normal side effect of having the implanon!. It can completely mess up your cycle!.
I am on my 3rd implanon now!. With my first 2 my periods disappeared for 2 years!. Then they came back & were irregular & i started feeling a bit!.!.!.blah!. Just not great!. So i had them removed, gave my body a break for a couple of months & had another inserted!. After that it was fine!. I have heard of other people having the same kind of trouble after a year or two & they get theirs replaced and everything is fine!.
I suggest, if it is bothering you & doesnt get any better, think about having it removed & giving your body a break before getting another inserted!.
I assume the one i have in now will have to be removed around the 2 year mark also!. But thats okay, i would rather replace it every 2 years than try and remember a pill every day!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
