That answer will be different for every woman, and can even change on you during your childbearing years!. Used to be I would get cramps on the day of only!. Now many (MANY) years later, it's about 2-3 days before!. The odds are that means it's coming very soon so be prepared! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
i tend to get cramps a very short while (a few hours) before I start to bleed, so maybe!. (gives me enough warning to sort myself out and to dose up on painkillers)
