Im confused about the whole weight loss thing!.!.!. i dont know where to start!?!!?
I only want to drop one size but I have noooo idea how!.!.!.
Im currently a US size 7/8 (An Australian 11/12) but I really want to get to a US size 4/6 (An Australian 9/10)!. Just not sure how to go about it!.!.!.!.!? Also, Im just at the very end of the normal BMI range so thats why I want to start now!.!.!. I want be proactive about getting healthy!.

So, I try to mix everything up a bit in regards to exercise!. I do a 45 minute brisk walk with my two dogs and a 25 minute cross training workout by Jeanette Jenkins!. I also have an exercise bike and do about 30 minutes on that!. But will that even work, is that even enough!?

Can anyone PLEASE tell me how I can get to a US 4/6!?

Oh, would really appreciate it if someone could give me a diet plan and an exercise plan or diet plan!.!.!. Im really lost about everything and dont want to do it wrong incase i gain weight! EEK!.

The best way to lose weight is by building muscle!. You can do this by doing a light weight workout!. Light weights increase your lean muscle mass and help burn off fat!. Remember that when you tone your muscles you may actually gain a little weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but your body will be more toned and stronger!.

The Firm has some good cardio workout videos!. Also Pilates will help get you the lean look you want!. Whatever workout you choose, alternate upper and body workouts for maximum fat burning during your workout!. This will also help prevent you from overtiring any muscle groups!.

As far as diet, avoid caffeine and carbonated beverages!. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, raw if you can!. Avoid white flour and white sugar!. Also, eat 6-8 small snacks/meals a day, instead of 1 or 2 large meals!. That will help regulate your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like you don't need to lose weight!. Remember that being underweight is just as damaging to your health as being overweight and it seems to me just upping your execise will get you where you want to be plus perhaps just being concious not to eat the really obviously fattening foods while not depriving yourself of some good fats to keep you healthy!.

Don't worry to much about what the scales say, beauty does not equal skinny!. Beauty is all about confidence and poise!. Down with uber skinny celebs and their bones sticking out all over the place it looks sooooo unhealthy! :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
