Question: Ok I've finally did it !?!?!?!?
I have gained weight 15-20 lbs and Im not likeing this does anyone have a good diet plan ok I will also drink alot of water

walk!. ride a bike!. go for a swim!. walk to the pool, swim for 40 minutes, and walk home!. have protein and salads for lunch, protein for breakfast and vegies for dinner!.

essentially, you need to expend more energy than you consume!. either cut down on the food intake, or exercise more!. or both!. once a 40 minute walk becomes easy, start finding hills or stairs to walk up!. invest in a pedometer, and aim to take 10,000 steps a day!. more if you're trying to lose weight!.

if you can, cycle to work!. When i had to give up my car, i lost 25 kilos in about 3 months, from walking and cycling up and down hills!. you don't need a gym, you just need a good pair of shoes, and some portable music!

Cut out Junk Food (easiest way to do this is to stop buying it whilst doing your weekly food shop)!.Go to the gym for an hour 3 times a week for about 6 weeks, If the gym is not near hand!.!.!.Walk everywhere!. Walk the Dog, Walk to Work, Walk to the Shops, Walk To School!. Make a point of excercising!. Gd Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard it's a good idea to eat everything you eat normally but just eat 1/2 of everything you eat!.!.
Personally i've never tried it (i'm not trying to lose weight) but you could try it out!!
