Whenever your tampon is "full", it should be changed!. And yes, if you don't change a tampon that has already absorbed the maximum quantity of blood that it can, then blood will escape when you blow your nose or do anything active!.

You obviouisly have a very heavy flow!. Are you sure you are using the correct tampons!? I would recommend that you wear both a tampon and a sanitary pad at night for extra protection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your bleeding through, do change it!. If just blowing your nose is making you bleed thru, you may have a polyp or some other condition!. Does your period seem heavy most of the time!? If so, you should talk to your doc!. i had heavy bleeding with my period, doc removed a polyp from my uterous, and been fine ever since!. Not a big surgical procedure, just outpatient thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldnt wear a tampon duringg the nite;
It would be better if you wore at pad at night instead of the tampon to make sure that blood doesnt stain your undies :]]Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should be fine for the night!.

sweet dreams!Www@Answer-Health@Com
