No, it will not dramatically reduce your breasts!. Only they will become deflated empty ballons if you over do it and become skeleton!. You are 32, so I guess you are not fat anyway!. I am 34 E and when I lost a stone I had myself measured for bra and was still 34E, was a bit gutted!. My friend was 36H and tried dieting etc - it never worked to reduce her breast!. She did pluck up the courage and had surgery!. The difference was astonishing! She looked younger, happier and overall slimmer!. They formed nice firm C cup from her own breast tissue and although she had bad scars, they faded within a year completely!. She never regretted it!.

If you lose weight your breasts may get smaller, although the same genetic and hormonal influences that make them big in the first place also tend to cause them to retain fat even when you lose weight elsewhere!.
