Question: How do you put a tampon in!?
i know this is a gross question, but i need 2 kno! i just got my first tampons, and i tried puttin one in, but it wont go in all the way!.!.!.please answer! thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find the most relaxed position for your body while inserting the tampon!. Raising one of your legs on a footstool or on the rim of a toilet makes the process easier!. Here's how to insert a tampon without any problems or discomfort!.
1: Buy tampons that are appropriate to your menstrual flow: light, average or heavy!.
Step2: Wash your hands with soap and hot water!.
Step3: Remove the tampon from the wrapper!.
Step4: Slide the applicator a few inches into the vagina (tampon side in), but not so far that you can't hold the outer of the two tubes that make up the applicator!.
Step5: Push the inner tube into the outer tube, releasing the tampon into the vagina!.
Step6: Slide the applicator out!.
Step7: Make sure the tampon's string remains outside the vagina!.
Step8: Wrap the applicator in toilet paper and throw it away!. Do not flush it down the toilet!.

i think plastic ones are the best!.
sit on your toilet with your legs apart and muscles relaxed!.
hold the base of the main part of the tampon, not the long skinny part!.
gently press straight upwards "down there" woth the top of the tampon, until you find that it slightly goes in!.
the gently and slowly push it in all the way until the whole main part is inside!.
then, pull it out!.
it may take a couple tries, but after awhile, you'll get the hang of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try elevating your leg and resting your foot upon something, leaning forward and making sure you are pushing back towarads your bottom!. Make sure you have the right hole!. It can be uncomfy!. Vaseline or KY can help!. I prefer towels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was the same way but my aunt told me to put a little vaseline around it and it will go striaght in and it worked for me so it should work for you tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
read the instructions that come with them!.!.!.!.if its uncomfortable when you put it in then take it out and retry with A NEW ONE!.!.!.try until you succeed good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
