In need of some advice?!


Question: In need of some advice!?
hi everyone
i need a little advice!.
so i am 15 years old
&& i have been home school for like!.!.the past two years!.
{8th && 9th grade)
&& i am gonna start going to a regular high school this year {in september}
so i need some advice!.

i am 5 foot 8
&& i am pretty positive i am over weight!.!.!.
obese maybe
so!.!.
i really want to lose
40-60
lbs
by then!.
i am fairly active!.
but i really dunno!.
so can some one give me some advice
like
what to eat
what exercises to do!?
i am willing to do anything

Answers:
Firstly, make sure you rid the house of any temptation food!.

Make vegetables the basis of your diet!.

Keep food simple!. No creamy sauces or condiments (mayo and sauces are usually really high in fat and/or sugar)!.

No takeaway foods!.

Eat no meat at least 2 days per week!.

Know that the size of your closed fist is the size of serving you need of pasta or rice or cous cous or potatoes!. No more than that!.

Try half serves of meals!. Take 20 minutes to eat your meal, chew thoroughly!. If you are still hungry, you can serve yourself a half of a half serve!.

Only eat sitting down at a dinner table!. No eating in front of the TV, computer, in the car, on the phone or walking around!. It's amazing the difference this can make!.

Don't add sugar or artificial sweetener to foods/beverages!.

Avoid anything with flavouring, such as milk drinks, snack foods, fizzy drinks, jelly (or jell-o, whatever you call it wherever you are), etc!.

Don't give yourself food 'treats'!. If you've had a tough day or you don't feel so good, have a bath or rub lotion into your skin or put a ttreatment on your face or hair!. That way, you're still doing something nice for yourself and it has benefits!.

Make sure you are exercising an hour per day!. that could be 30 mins morning and evening!. I'm not sure what's available where you are but a pair of runners is all you need really!. Use a scale system of 1-10, where 1 is no effort and 10 is flat-out!. Start at a 5 (brisk walk) and each minute increase the effort by 1 point until you reach a 10 (running as fast as you can) for one minute then scale down the same way you went up!. That way you can never get too fit for the system!.

You could try a Pilates or aerobics DVD of dome sort for some variety and toning on alternate days!.

It all comes down to what you're willing to do to get to where you want to be!. It's not hard, it's just habits!.

Someones body nature is like that only!. It is enough for any one to have half stomach food!. Some times obesity is because of junk food!. you stop all the junk food if you were eating!. Do regular walking morning and evening!. dont eat in between other than morning afternoon and night!. You please remove your guilt if you have any thing in your mind about your obese!. Be positive and smiling if someone talk something about your obese at your back!. There are some one breathing excercise by name kapala bathi and if you know some body who can teaches this please learn this and this will defenately help you!. Dont set any target at this moment as it may diappoint you!. Keep follow the above habits with a positive attitude, defenately you will see the changes!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
