Answers:
yes!. you may notice cramping at a variety of times throughout your cycle during ovulation etc!. however if you notice that they become worse then i would consult your doc!. there may be sometime else going on out of the norm causing your discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mild pelvic cramping is normal just before and during the first few days of your period and also during Ovulation!. But if your cramps are severe, this is NOT normal and you need to see a Gynecologist to determine what might be wrong and also to get some pain medication for it when over the counter meds don't work like Motrin or Advil!. One condition that causes severe cramping is Endometriosis and this is VERY serious because it is so progressive and causes a lot of problems!. That is why the earlier you find out what is wrong the better!. You can use a hot water bottle on your pelvic area that may ease some of the cramping!. Exercise does not help despite what the other people say!. It's best to stay comfortable!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Beautyofsea put it just like I would!. Bad cramping during other times of the month can signal endometriosis, which is NOT a fun condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
