NO!. For those idiots who say that you can't go to the OB/GYN when you're on your period, you don't know what you're talking about!. They're professionals in their field and being on your period is a natural thing!. It comes with the job!. You should still go to the doctor, especially if it's because of you having your periods so often!. I went to my last annual check-up on my period!. The doctor still gave me my pelvic exam and looked at everything down there!. The only thing she couldn't do was my pap smear!. I had to come back for that!. So go ahead and see your doc!. My gyno told me that to have a IUD inserted, I would have to come while I was on my period!.
I asked her "Wouldn't that be awkward!?" And she said "Maybe for you, but not for us!."
